McNicoll Surgical was founded to honor the legacy of those who have proudly carried the McNicoll name; individuals whose character, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit continue to inspire everything we do.

In 1921, Philippe and Eugénie McNicoll, the founders' great-grandparents, ventured into the wilderness of Quebec to help establish a new settlement. Facing an uncertain future, they relied on perseverance, ingenuity, hard work, and a steadfast determination to build a better life for their family and community.

Their journey embodied resilience in the face of adversity and a steadfast commitment to excellence. They believed that opportunity is earned through courage, perseverance, and a willingness to embrace the challenges ahead.

Those same values continue to define McNicoll Surgical.
